Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP forms part of the Quarter Pro Subscription Terms.

Content

Any contact and interaction you make with another subscriber whether through our platform or any social media platform, must not:

  1. include any content that is deliberately dishonest or false;
  2. include any content which promotes fraudulent, obscene, pornographic or illegal activities; promotes violence or hatred; is discriminatory of any group of people; is sexually explicit; or is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
  3. include any copyrights, database rights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights that do not belong to you, unless you have the written consent of the owner of such rights;
  4. include any personal insults or attacks including deliberately flaming other users in a manner that might incite or perpetuate a conflict or argument;
  5. encourage or otherwise deliberately or recklessly involve any breaches of applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice and/or guidelines;
  6. add another user to your email or physical mailing list without their consent after adequate disclosure, or use their email address or contact details for antisocial, disruptive, or destructive purposes;
  7. send SPAM or other unlawful communications;
  8. contain file hosting services, including any content that permits storing, sharing, downloading and streaming.

Website use

  1. You must not register under a team that you do not belong to.
  2. You must not create multiple accounts on our website
  3. You must not assign/link your profile to player and team statistics which are not yours.
  4. All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate. If you provide us with inaccurate or false data, and we suspect or identity fraud, we will record this and we may also report this to the appropriate authorities.
  5. Your registration details, including user name and team name must comply with the rules on content set out in this AUP.

You acknowledge that we may take such action as we deem appropriate for any failure to comply with this AUP, including suspending a subscriber from our player analysis services.
